She has been passionate about cooking since she was a child, and her love of rice began when she first visited Uganda as a young adult. Amelia has dedicated her life to perfecting the art of rice cooking and has traveled around the world to learn different techniques and recipes. She has written several books on the subject, including “The Art of Rice Cooking” and “Rice Recipes from Around the World”. Amelia also teaches classes on how to cook rice properly, sharing her knowledge with others so that they can enjoy this delicious dish.
